THE CONDITIONS OF THIS SALE ARE AS FOLLOWS:

Buyers obligations:

1. Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for the kitten/cat, and will provide properly for its welfare. Buyer agrees to keep the kitten/cat indoors in a clean and pleasant environment, uncaged and with proper nutrition, regular medical/dental care, mental & physical stimulation and companionship.
2. The buyer agrees to maintain a preventative vaccination schedule, and keep the cat in good health.
3. Buyer agrees that under NO circumstances will the kitten/cat EVER be sold to a pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory, or similar facility. Should buyer not be able to keep this kitten/cat for any reason, it is to be returned to breeder/seller for placement without refund of any kind. And at the buyers expense or the buyer has the express written consent of the breeder/seller that the kitten/cat can be rehomed to an appropriate home.
4. Kitten/Cat sold for breeding from Seglin Rex will only be bred to show quality Cornish Rex. No outcrossing is allowed. No kitten/cat sold for breeding from Seglin Rex will be sold intact (must be neutered/spayed), leased or given studservice to another cattery/individual/group of individuals without the express written consent from breeder/seller.

Breeder/Sellers obligations:

This kitten/cat is guaranteed of sound health upon leaving breeder/sellers residence and for a period of 72 hours thereafter. Breeder/Seller recommends that the cat be quarantined for that period of time. If found to be medically deficient with an untreatable or life-threatening problem, the kitten/cat must be examined by a veterinarian and this must be reported to the breeder/seller immediately directly through the vet. Upon its return, it will be replaced with another kitten/cat of equal value. The breeder/seller reserves the right to a cash refund. The kitten/cat can not be returned for compensation after the guaranteed period has expired and/or it has been exposed to another cat. If the kitten/cat dies within the guarantee period, despite medical treatment, compensation will be made ONLY if a licensed veterinarian certifies the cause of death. Breeder/Seller will not be responsible for any veterinary bills of this kitten/cat after leaving breeder/sellers residence.

1. The kitten/cat is vaccinated twice (2 times) against feline rhinotracheitis-calicivirus-panleukopenia, rabies vaccinated, microchipped, health certificate no older than 7 days and a passport. This will be provided separately along with the delivery of the kitten/cat.
2. We guarantee the kitten/cat to be FeLV and FIV negative at the time of sale.
3. This kitten/cat is guaranteed against congenital defects for one year. Should the animal die within that time as a direct result of a congenital defect, the cat will be replaced ONLY if an appropriate necropsy is performed by a licensed veterinarian and a veterinarian's certificate is provided as proof of cause of death. A replacement will be made of a cat of comparable quality and value, as available, at the discretion of breeder/seller. No cash refunds.
4. The Breeder/Seller does not guarantee the amount and quality of the coat of the Seglin Rex kitten/cat discussed in this contract.

Your kitten will come to you bathed and clean and with clipped nails.
Upon breach of this contract by the buyer of the cat/kitten shall a charge of 2500 euro per occurrence payable to the breeder of the cat/kitten upon submission of proof.
In signing this document, Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read, fully understands, and agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the above sale.
